100 Day Gym Challenge

Day 2

It looks like I lost 3lb from yesterdays work out. But it might be water weight so I’m not recording it.

I’m hopping threw this course I can ease up from two hours of cycling to four hours. That’s my ultimate goal. I would like to burn 1,200ish cals so I can eat what I like and not have to restrain to much. I don’t typically eat unhealthily. But I also hate picking and choosing so much so I don’t gain weight.

Another personal goal with this challenge is to not drink any soda. Which I am failing at. XD I’ve been craving it lately, which I think is okay. I didn’t have soda for over a month with no issue, so this should be the same.

Succeeded in doing two hours! The end result was over 30 miles and nearly 700 cals burned. Fuck yeah!!

100 Day Gym Challenge

Day 1
Start weight: 189lb

I did one hour of gym cycling today. My personal challenges are to do two hours each day, but because I haven’t been to the gym for a month (Moving takes a lot of time) I decided not to push myself when I wasn’t sure how I’d handle it. Tomorrow will be an attempt at two hours.

2nd of May will the 100th day. Fingers crossed I lose the weight I want too! I’m hopping for 30lb, but I’d be happy if I just at least get down to 170lb. ^_^

Spicy Garlic Broccoli
INGREDIENTS:
2 tsp olive oil
6 cups of broccoli, washed and trimmed
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup water
METHOD:
Heat olive oil in a large non stick skillet over med-high heat.
Add broccoli, crushed red pepper and garlic.
Sautee 2 minutes.  Add water.
Cover and reduce heat to low.  Cook for about 2 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
Enjoy!
