100 Day Gym Challenge
It looks like I lost 3lb from yesterdays work out. But it might be water weight so I’m not recording it.
I’m hopping threw this course I can ease up from two hours of cycling to four hours. That’s my ultimate goal. I would like to burn 1,200ish cals so I can eat what I like and not have to restrain to much. I don’t typically eat unhealthily. But I also hate picking and choosing so much so I don’t gain weight.
Another personal goal with this challenge is to not drink any soda. Which I am failing at. XD I’ve been craving it lately, which I think is okay. I didn’t have soda for over a month with no issue, so this should be the same.
Succeeded in doing two hours! The end result was over 30 miles and nearly 700 cals burned. Fuck yeah!!
